| Fresh Peach Pie! |
Here''s a wonderful, EASY recipe for fresh peach pie:
Mix:
* 1 cup sugar
*5 tablespoons flour
*1 teaspoon cinnamon
Add:
4 1/2 cups peeled, sliced fresh peaches.
Mix together and place in crust of your choice. Dot with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, seal with top crust. Sprinkle sugar on top of crust. Bake at a 400 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Peaches will be juicy so be sure to cut several vents in the crust. This is absolutely the best peach pie you will eat!

Hey There!
Let it snow! It's coming down today, and that's a good thing.
It means that all my flowers, fruit trees, and shrubs won't be fooled into thinking that it's Spring, like it was last year at this time. Yeah, it was in the upper 70's last year and everything started to bud out--in February. Of course it froze again and again so there wasn't any fruit. Even the flowers were stressed.
So I'm grateful for the snow... until REAL Springtime!

Dear Folks,
A hearty thank you for stopping by my website today, however it is possible that you found me here in cyberspace.
My new album {released in March 2009} is entitled, "Lonely Drive Home" and is available at CDBaby. All you need do is simply click on the album thumbnail to navigate directly to them. You can hear samples of all of the songs.
A word about this album: My brother Patrick lends insightful, thoughtful, and often times searing guitar work on this collection. The song "Unbelievable" was used on a compilation CD for a dance event!
I have enjoyed myself last year immensely--I learned lots of new songs and wrote lots of new songs. Last summer saw me realizing the purchase of my new BOSE sound system.
It is all that they say it is, and more. It's absolutely wonderful and it's put my music on the clarity and audible level that it should be. With it's space-age looks and incredible sound, I'm ready to fly through my galaxy of music in my spaceship.

| Thai Coconut Curry Brown Rice! |
This is a delicious addition to your meal... I hope you like it!
Steam some organic brown rice to your desired doneness--I use one cup rice to two cups water.
Add:
*A 1/2 can of organic coconut milk
*1 to 2 tablespoons of organic brown sugar
*1/2 to 1 teaspoon green curry paste
*1/4 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
*1/4 cup chopped basil
*Freshly cracked black pepper
Stir in these ingredients and that''s all there is to it. It's exotic, delicious, and different.
I place the rice on a bed of organic greens with other goodies in the greens like blueberries, sweet onions, sprouts, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes. This is delicious as it is!
If I'm especially hungry, I steam some white fish with rice wine, shitake mushrooms, scallions, and a little soy sauce. I place the fish on top of the rice and on top of the greens.
Try it, you'll LOVE it!

| Ted's Cake Mix Cookie Recipe! |
Here's the recipe for great tasting and easy cookies:
Simply take any cake mix (except Angel Food) and add two eggs, 1/2 cup of oil and a tablespoon of flour.
Mix together, add your favorite ingredients whether it be chocolate chips, coconut, dried fruits, nuts or whatever. Some times, the more exotic the add-ins and the stranger the cake mix, the better they are!
Bake at 350 degree oven for just 10 minutes.
